How Our Referral Program Works
When you’re happy with our service, tell your friends about the success you’re having with GrowHOST as your investment property manager.

We will contact your friend to discuss their specific needs and see if we can help them achieve their investment goals.
When they decide to come onboard with GrowHOST, we will then reward BOTH you and your friend with 1 month’s worth of property management fees, FREE.
Terms & Conditions
One month free property management commission is calculated as an average of your previous 12 months average holiday commissions exclusive of cleaning & linen fees.
To be eligible, you must directly communicate to us the persons full name, contact number and property details if you have them, and they must sign off and formally engage GrowHOST as their property managers and remain with us for a minimum of 12 months. (otherwise pro-rata clawbacks may need to be processed)
Payments will be made within the first full calendar month of the property going live under our control.
Offer only valid until 31 Dec 2022 unless extended.
