$800 for you, and 1 month’s worth of property management fees, FREE for your client.
Terms & Conditions
The $800 thank-you incentive is paid upon succesful on boarding of a new property management client, once they have completed their first full calendar month with us.
One month free property management commission is calculated as an average of a typical equivalent 12 months average holiday commissions exclusive of cleaning & linen fees.
To be eligible, you must directly communicate to us the persons full name, contact number and property details if you have them, and they must sign off and formally engage GrowHOST as their property managers and remain with us for a minimum of 12 months. (otherwise pro-rata clawbacks may need to be processed but only in rare cases)
Payments will be made within the first full calendar month of the property going live under our control.
